I have such awful luck here. The last two times were awful, my breakfast sandwich was still frozen in the center which tells me it’s premade anyway which I assumed but yikes! But the coffee was wrong and I was ar work and wasn’t able to have it corrected. This last time I ordered two of the new Ocean Refreshers which is the one with coconut milk added and instead I got the Blue Coconut refresher and didn’t realize it until once again I was at work and couldn’t correct it. But my cups clearly said ocean and the drinks were not. I was already cutting it close and didn’t wanna risk it but I kind of suspected it was wrong, the barista who put my coffee down just seemed miserable and don’t really gently place the cups down, one almost tipped over with how she put it down. I hate my job too but I don’t take it out on other people who didn’t cause the hate. I never spoke a word to anyone anyway, I ordered on the app and picked up . I included photos on my drinks and the name of the drinks, my order and what they’re suppose to look like. Just two times in a row of having two horrible experiences of wrong and bad orders makes for a really crap start to the day. The drinks were the same p

I haven’t had such amazing service in years!!! I spilled my drink and was about ready to cry; and not only did they bring out a shop vac to help me clean up the mess but they calmed me down with words of understanding since it happens to everyone eventually and of course it was a monday. They also remade my drink. That was ON TOP of the best drive through greeting I had gotten in a very long time. Made a very rough morning so much better

Really large and well staffed. Nice furniture and decor. Lots of seating and reservable conference room. Tons of parking at SB and nearby shopping center.

Starbucks is my daily pilgrimage to caffeinated corporate goodness. Is it amazing? No. But it's perfectly good and consistent pretty much everywhere. This location was a bank at some point, and offers the conference room for rent. The coffee is bog standard Starbucks... the service is meh.

In all my travels, this is one of the most unique and impressive looking Starbucks, being previously a bank. Loads of ambient light, high ceilings, outdoor seating, all very accommodating. The only problem is without the Plaza directory having it listed and no Siren logo, plus the business name being hidden by a tree, I first drove past it. Minor, but visibility is key. Baristas did a great job of course.
